The series makes several references to Percy Jackson and the Olympians, though, so read that first. These are sort-of in the same universe ( see the other question) but they are with entirely different characters. That's the obvious part, as those are all with the same cast of characters. This is the sequel series to Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and is a continuation of the stories.Īfter that would be a good time to read this, a collection of short stories, which have stories from The Heroes of Olympus. Now you should read this short story collection, as most of the stories take place during/after Percy Jackson and the Olympians. This is the original series therefore, it should be read first.
